Narelle leads the client experience at ALA Law as our Client Success Officer, ensuring every client journey is smooth, supported, and aligned with our values. She brings clarity, communication, and care to every interaction, helping clients feel confident and at ease throughout their matter. HR and Office Management

Duane has been an integral part of the ALA Law team since 2012, bringing over a decade of expertise in Human Resources, Office Management, and Financial Administration. He oversees recruitment, staff development, and workplace policies, ensuring a positive and professional environment.

In addition to his HR and management responsibilities, Duane assists with accounts, bookkeeping, and trust account management, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. His dedication, attention to detail, and strategic approach make him a valued member of the team, contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.

Personal & Office Assistant

As a member of the ALA Law team, Meredith contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of the office through organisation, coordination, and support. She brings experience in administration, bookkeeping, and customer service, and takes pride in delivering accurate work with a high level of attention to detail. Meredith is friendly, dependable, and professional, with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to support both colleagues and clients.

Finance and Accounts

Renee plays a crucial role in managing the accounts and finances at ALA Law, ensuring the firm’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

With years of dedicated service, Renee has built a reputation for her reliability, precision, and commitment to delivering exceptional support to both the firm and its clients. She is responsible for overseeing invoicing, trust accounts, and bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining meticulous records.

Her expertise and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the ALA Law team, contributing to the firm’s continued success and seamless financial management.

Head of Marketing
Ami leads marketing at ALA Law, overseeing brand, strategy and growth across the firm. She focuses on building clear, effective campaigns that drive results and strengthen the firm’s presence in the market.

With a hands-on approach, Ami manages everything from content and digital to partnerships and campaigns, ensuring marketing is consistent, practical and aligned with the firm’s direction. She is known for getting things done, simplifying complexity, and delivering work that works.

Marketing & Administration Assistant
Hannah Simmons is an admin and marketing professional with over nine years of experience supporting busy, high-performing teams. She recently joined the ALA Law as a Marketing Coordinator, contributing to brand guidelines, email marketing, events, and social media.
With a background in intellectual property,

Hannah brings a strong appreciation for thoughtful, well-executed branding. She is passionate about accessible and inclusive design, and enjoys creating content that is clear, engaging, and people-focused. Known for her empathetic approach, she values communication that genuinely connects.
Hannah is currently studying a Diploma of Graphic Design and is interested in using intentional design to support meaningful learning and community outcomes.
