Amanda Little is the Principal Solicitor of ALA Law (formerly Amanda Little & Associates). She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Collaborative Family Lawyer, Sessional Academic, Public Speaker, and Author. She is recognised as a leading business person in Penrith being awarded Business Person of the Year for Penrith and Business Woman of the year for Lindsay.
Amanda has been working in Family Law for over 15 years and has extensive experience in all facets of Family Law, Wills and Estates, Care and Protection, and Conveyancing.
She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, member of the Family Law Section, member of the Australian Mediation Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is a founding Member and board member of Penrith Lady Lawyers, the founder of Penrith Professional Women, and Director of The Business Minded Lawyer and The Mediation Centre.
In addition to providing Penrith with excellence in legal advice, Amanda also produces academic articles and continuing legal training for other Solicitors. She is also regularly asked to speak at high-profile events including Small Business Week, Smokeball Spark, and International Women’s Day events.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Communication, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (with Distinction) from Western Sydney University, and Family Dispute Resolution (legislative Foundation Knowledge and Skills) qualifications from Bond University.
Amanda grew up and attended school in Western Sydney and is passionate about providing quality and professional legal services to her local area. She also has a community focus and is involved in many community events including the Relay for Life, Red Cross, supporting local sporting teams, supporting autism awareness as well as fostering the growth of female professionals.
